Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance to safeguard unforeseen cancellations. If a cancellation becomes necessary, we advise doing so well before the 60-day mark, as refunds may not be guaranteed closer to the arrival date. Please note that early departures are not eligible for refunds. Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel reservations if the property becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, rendering it uninhabitable. In such cases, all funds will be returned to the guest.
Travel insurance typically costs 4% to 10% of your total trip cost, covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage. To find the best and most affordable policy, use major comparison engines to weigh options from top-rated providers like Allianz, Travelex, and Seven Corners based on your specific travel dates and destination.

Trip Cancellation / Interruption: Reimburses you if you must cancel or cut your trip short due to covered emergencies.
Emergency Medical & Evacuation: Covers overseas medical care, hospital stays, and emergency transport, which are rarely covered by standard U.S. health insurance.
Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR): An optional upgrade that allows you to cancel for non-covered reasons, generally recovering 50%-75% of your costs.
Pre-Existing Condition Waivers: Often provided at no extra cost if you purchase the policy shortly after your initial trip deposit (usually within 14–21 days).
